The session will cover tax credits for small businesses and startups, including various ways to monetize them. The presentation will feature details on how projects qualify for the R&D tax credit. It will also highlight the latest changes to the Employee Retention Credit.

  • Determine the changes to the ways taxpayers need to go about capturing and substantiating the R&D tax credit

  • Identify how small businesses can qualify for the Employee Retention Credit
