The #MeToo movement has gained lots of media attention and is still actively discussed in today’s society. While the movement has caused some extreme reaction such as some men reacting “I just won’t hire women” the truth is we all need to determine positive ways to work together. There have been many wrongs and it’s left a workplace where many colleagues are on pins and needles.
