Erin Leckie is the Head of North America Solutions for CaseWare International Inc. Erin leads the North American product development teams in building innovative solutions for accounting and finance professionals by leveraging the right technologies and tools for the profession. Fueled by the challenge to design features that solve industry problems, Erin is passionate about analyzing industry trends, researching new opportunities, and gathering customer insights to ensure the solutions meet and exceed user needs.

Prior to joining CaseWare, Erin worked in public practice for one of Canada’s largest associations of chartered professional accounting firms.

Colleen is an experienced leader in product management with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Currently, she leads the Audit business for North America, serving the audit and assurance needs of CPA firms. Colleen has also led a global product management team and owned a product portfolio that services a global client base.

The keys to her success are continuous learning about the profession and clients; her approach to deep learning about customer behaviors and jobs to be done; and her ability to achieve product-market fit.

John’s responsibilities include strategy development and portfolio management of Wolters Kluwer’s North American tax, audit, and workflow software platform solutions. He has 20+ years of experience in accounting and financial systems, software development, and management. Before joining Wolters Kluwer, John managed Tax Planning, Sales & Use Tax and Fixed Assets Management software solutions for accounting firms and corporate clients of all sizes.
