Course Description

In the rapidly evolving business world, embracing diversity isn't just a buzzword, it's an essential strategy for success and innovation. Unfortunately, leaders often miss the opportunity to actively embrace the expansive potential of diversity. The standard approach to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI) zeros in on talent acquisition and training. As pivotal as these strategies are, they just scratch the surface. Organizations that are built for the future don't just hold routine training sessions. Success demands the seamless integration of equity and inclusion into the very fabric of the organization and this webinar highlights the methods and benefits of this approach.

Bernadette Smith is the founder and CEO of Equality Institute and the award-winning author of four books, including the bestseller "Inclusive 360: Proven Solutions for an Equitable Organization." In this session, we explore Bernadette’s PSA model – a proven formula for expanding the reach of DEI initiatives and helping organizations become Inclusive 360. Organizations adopting this philosophy live their values with their employees, customers, and suppliers. Join this discussion to help your organization realize the untapped rewards of diversity and inclusion.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize common mistakes that can threaten DEI goals and initiatives

  • Identify powerful systemic changes to advance DEI

  • Discuss how to clarify and achieve DEI goals

Jina draws from her unique background and mix of work experiences to offer examples and share insights designed to benefit everyone across the workplace ecosystem – executives, management, employees, and customers.
